By accessing or using SeoCute, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You may not share accounts between multiple individuals.
You agree not to use SeoCute to scrape third-party sites in violation of their terms, to circumvent rate limits, to transmit malware, or to engage in any fraudulent activity.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase only. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
SeoCute retains all rights to the platform, software, and data models. You retain ownership of the data you import into the platform.
SeoCute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
